Felt Nowt Productions is a comedy company run by a group of passionate comedians who love making people laugh. We were born during lockdown and quickly found success with our Zoom gigs that brought some much-needed humor to people's homes.
Our team is made up of friendly performers who share a genuine love for comedy and a commitment to using our platform to make a positive impact on our communities. As a Community Interest Company, we put all our profits back into the company to help us provide community outreach and events that benefit our local communities.
In addition to producing live shows, we offer workshops and training programs to help aspiring comedians develop their skills. We believe that everyone has the potential to be funny, and we're here to help you unlock your inner comedian.

WHY THE NAME FELT NOWT?
Felt Nowt Productions was named after "The Hard", a cult figure created by Wavis O'Shave who appeared briefly on The Tube hitting his hand with a hammer and saying "I felt nowt". The character of The Hard represented the working-class man, and the phrase "felt nowt" became a catchphrase used to describe situations where one feels no pain or discomfort. Today, Felt Nowt Productions honors this legacy by bringing laughter and joy to audiences throughout the North East and Cumbria, using humor to break down barriers and build connections.
